當(dāng)勞有個(gè)朋友的簽證快要到期了，但他還想在中國待久一點(diǎn)，外籍人士該如何延長簽證停留期限呢？中山市海外傳播中心的AI主播Alan告訴當(dāng)勞，根據(jù)相關(guān)法律規(guī)定，需要延長簽證停留期限的，應(yīng)當(dāng)在簽證注明的停留期限屆滿7日前向停留地縣級以上地方人民政府公安機(jī)關(guān)出入境管理機(jī)構(gòu)申請，按照要求提交申請事由的相關(guān)材料。有以下這些情況，公安機(jī)關(guān)出入境管理機(jī)構(gòu)將不予批準(zhǔn)簽證和居留證件的延期、換發(fā)、補(bǔ)發(fā)，不予簽發(fā)停留證件。
